Crofton’s Capitol Title waives all their settlement fees for active duty military home buyers. I’m so proud to do business with a company that has a policy like this, I just have to share:
In recognition of the hardships experienced by today’s brave young troops and their families, Capitol Title waives all of their settlement fees to active duty military. This includes fees for title exam, document preparation and conducting settlement. (Valid for transactions closed by 12 31/07).
