In a post titled Making Use of the Market Watch Report, MRIS singled out Focus on Crofton for use of MRIS data and the graphs I created for Crofton Real Estate Market Update – October 2007. MRIS is the regional
Multiple Listing Service for Crofton and a five–state area in the Middle Atlantic.
Last month, Focus on Crofton was “Poshd” – One of fifteen real estate blogs selected in November for trying to break the mold and make real estate sites on the Internet a better experience for everyone.
According to their website, the goal of Poshd is to raise the bar for all REALTORS and their websites. With 167 votes, Focus on Crofton narrowly tops Orlando Avenue (166 votes) for most votes and makes the Top 10 in overall rankings since Posh’d began several months ago.
One of my objectives in creating Focus On Crofton was to create “Buzz” about Crofton among potential home buyers and referring agents. It can only help increase property values and reduce days on market for home owners in Crofton, if I am successful. Please spread the word, and encourage everyone you know to subscribe so they will receive new articles promptly by email when they are posted.
