Curb Appeal for Crofton, the Community
March 27th, 2008 Categories: Crofton Photos
When it comes to curb appeal for Crofton, Maryland, the front gate area along MD Route 3 near Crawford Boulevard creates an indelible first impression of Old Crofton, and maybe even Greater Crofton. The appearance of that area impacts the desirability (and property value) of our community, just as curb appeal does for each home.
Since Lake Louise never looks better than it does in Spring, I took these photos earlier in the week to share with prospective Crofton home buyers throughout the year:

Earlier generations of Crofton homeowners worked tirelessly to make this a desirable community. I have no doubt today’s Crofton residents will continue that tradition by insisting curb appeal become a priority (again) for community leaders and management. Our front yard should create a good impression for Crofton, all year round!
Remember, you don’t get a second chance to make a good first impression.
And that’s what curb appeal is all about!
