A SOLD Sign in Your Crofton Front Yard
April 1st, 2008 Categories: Crofton Real Estate
This Crofton real estate agent has read and heard enough bad news about the real estate market to last a lifetime. How ‘bout you?
While this market is no laughing matter, and I don’t mean to minimize its impact on home sellers, this is not the first time we’ve experienced a Buyer’s Market in Crofton (and survived just fine, thank you). After all, some Crofton homes ARE selling – and eventually the tide will turn again.
Home sellers with a SOLD sign in their front yards are laughing out loud all the way to the bank – they either got lucky or their/their agent’s secret lure was effective bait for catching that one buyer for every eight homes on the market in Crofton right now.

The “trick” to winning this Buyer’s Market Challenge, of course, is to design and implement effective strategies for selling your Crofton home; for becoming one of those successful home sellers with a SOLD sign in your front yard. While I can’t communicate in a handful of blogs my 35 years of lessons learned through the School of Hard Knocks and advanced training classes, I am going to present Focus On Crofton readers with a series of posts created especially for home sellers.
In case you haven’t yet guessed, I’m calling this:
The Buyer’s Market Challenge – Making Home Sellers Smile in 2008.

Maragaret I agree. It seems that if you do post a positive article on the market you are ignored as simply a salesperson with bad motives.
Hi Margaret,
Love the cartoon.
