I found my way over here after your Tomato post.  Thank you! I'm about ready to graduate from RET, and I hadn't yet incorporated any of the market data statistics, so your post was very timely.  

It's great what you're teaching people about price and terms here, and sometimes with the mortgage industry not functioning all that well, terms can include seller financing.  Offering to carry paper is sometimes a great way to leverage price for terms, or to get a deal closed at all!</description>
