A New Concept for Staples Corner in Gambrills
May 8th, 2009 Categories: News
Re-Design of this Busy Crofton Area Intersection is on the Drawing Board.
They say a picture is worth a thousand words, so today I’m simply going to provide you with a picture of the southwest corner at the Staples Corner intersection (Routes 424 and 450) and a link to Concepts for Staples Corner posted on the Greater Crofton Council website. Be sure to click on the link and see for yourself… the future for Staples Corner looks a lot different than this photo I took last summer.
Staples Corner re-design is just one of several topics on the agenda for Tuesday night’s meeting of the Greater Crofton Council. Confirmed guests for the meeting include:
- Anne Arundel County School Superintendent Kevin M. Maxwell and Alex Szachnowicz, Special Assistant for Education;
- Robert C. Leib, Office of County Executive; and
- James McCandless, developer of Main Street at Waugh Chapel.
For more information, visit the Greater Crofton Council website.
If you’re relocating to the Baltimore-Washington area, why not consider Crofton? It’s a GREAT place to live!
